Bonhishikha partners with organisations across sectors to design and deliver gender, diversity, and sexual harassment prevention trainings that foster safer, more equitable, and inclusive environments. We facilitate spaces for with organisations and their teams, to reflect on gender, diversity and inclusion practices and policies.
We have worked with Free Press Unlimited, Article 19, Swisscontact, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Plan International Bangladesh, The Asia Foundation, BAT Bangladesh, Bikroy.com, Colors FM, United Finance, Telenor Health, GPH Ispat, North South University (NSU), University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), UNDP, UN Women, Leaping Boundaries, DW Akademie, iDE, Sajida Foundation, British High Commission, U.S. Embassy, USAID, British Council, ICCCAD, and Paraa. Through these collaborations, Bonhishikha strengthens institutional understanding of power, privilege, and care, enabling partners to embed gender equality and accountability within their culture and practice.
